Communicating in English has become a necessity but not a fashion. Several surveys prove today most of the educationists like engineers; technologists; professionals have no effective communication skills in spite of having sound technical knowledge in their concern subjects. Hence Communicative English Learning has been introduced at engineering level which is most trustworthy aspect of modern education.
